I received the call from the infamous Derrick Bolton, Director of Admissions at Stanford GSB. I barely remember what he said as I was jumping up and down. I can't believe I got in to Stanford. Stanford was my long shot school and until now, had started visualizing myself at Michigan. Time to pull out the grill and the good wine!

WL at Wharton
Waitlisted at Wharton...I'm a bit dissapointed, but mostly because of all of the anticipation. I don't think Wharton is the right fit for me and apparently it showed. Wharton is #4 on my list of schools. Oh well, one more decision to go...

In at Kellogg!
I got the call from Kellogg! I am so excited and thankful that things are working out so well. Two for two.

I'm getting really excited about Michigan's program. I recieve an email from them almost daily, which I've come to look forward to. I've talked to some current students and alumni who have been helpful in giving me a perspective on the school. The MAP program is amazing. I also went as far as to put a deposit down on M-trek (although it is refundable). Michigan is so underrated and has one of the best general management curriculum. It would be a great fit for me.

First Acceptance: Michigan!!!
I just received a call from Lisa Hurst in Admissions at the Ross School of Business. I got in to Michigan and received the Consortium fellowship. This is too good to be true!
I started reading the Business Week Forums and I'm starting to regret it. Some of these people are lunatics...counting down days...asking everyone about their "stats". I was pretty calm about waiting for the decisions, but now I'm getting more and more anxious. Oh well, it's too late now, I'm hooked.

The wait is almost over. I will hear from Michigan by the 15th, but calls may start this week. I'll keep praying for the good news.
